4 Stars Does the Job Well
Keeps the GPS off the windshield and below the field of essential vision while driving. Stable platform, but could be more flexible to fit undulating dashboards. Security is better while parked because the whole fixture can be set down on the floor and not stuck on the windshield to draw the attention of thieves. I bought one for each of my two cars, but use only one (readily transferrable). I offered the other to my nephew, but he already had bought one and likes it.
5 Stars Stays put, works great
Recently purchased the Nav Mat and couldn’t be happier. Took it on a 4 hour trip and the GPS stayed put and worked great. Previously, we would hand hold the GPS because suctioning it to the window was a vision hazard. I also leave the Nav Mat on my dashboard and use it to hold my cell phone or sunglasses. Would recommend this to anyone who uses a window suction GPS.
5 Stars Problem Solved
This little product solved 2 problems for me: 1) suction cup ghosts on the windshield and 2) long stretches to adjust my Garmin 265wt GPS while attached to the windshield suction cup. The first problem of course leaves a tell-tale mark that is easy for thieves to spot. That problem is solved because I simply move the dash pad to the floor of the vehicle.
The second problem is just a plain old pain in the ____, well you get the idea. Actually, it’s a pain in the neck and shoulders to reach/stretch that far. Not to mention the possible safety issues of being too far out of the driver comfort zone.
I’m using this dash pad in a Pontiac Montana Van which has an uneven dashboard surface, i.e, no flat spots where the dash pad can have great contact. Regardless, the dash pad has functioned flawlessly for me. It has not moved a single inch, even on sharp curves. I’ve been very impressed.
And for a low price of ~$14, this makes this very functional problem solver a real bargain.
5 Stars great product for CA drivers
I recently found it that it’s illegal to have a GPS mounted to the windshield here in CA, glad someone told me. This product is great for placing your GPS unit anywhere on your dashboard. I have a Garmin GPS and the height seems to be perfect, just over the lip of the pad. I like the fact I can slide the pad around and have the passenger use it (while I drive) and then be able to move it back over to my side where I can see the map.
The pad is heavy so it doesn’t tend to move unless you really turn a corner quickly, but even then barely tends to slide.
I would highly recommend this product.
2 Stars Compatability of dash pad mounts withTomToms
This fraction dash pad without an open front will not work with TomTom One XL. You must have an open front to allow the power cord which directly comes out of the bottom of the unit to otherwise conflict with a closed front. The newer TomToms have their power cords emanate from the back of the unit.

5 Stars Nice add on
This is a really useful add on. Replaces my cateye when on the bike and now I can track all my exercises. I love the quick release and the velcro strap is much more comfortable than the original rubber one.

The person who said it fell off the quick release must have been doing something wrong. I wiped out HARD three times on my bike last year and it never even thought of coming off.
1 Star DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
I thought the quick release was a great idea– easy to move my GPS from bike to wrist. But I lost my GPS receiver the second time I used the wrist strap. It just fell off from the strap, and I didn’t realize it. As soon as I did, I went back to find it, but it was gone. Garmin wasn’t sympathetic, not that I expected much from them, and I had to buy my forerunner again. $300 down the drain, all because a faulty quick release design.

Definitely worth it! Easily transfers from wrist mount to bike mount. I even bought another bike mount for my second bike. Love this product!

The replacement strap, allowing for moving the garmin from the bicycle to teh wrist and back is outstanding. I just recently took the wrist strap on a trip out west and whether running or riding the rented bicycle, wow, it keep track of all me time climbing and HR.

Excellent product. I received a coffee mug that heats up in the car. Since my commute is only 10 minutes, my coffee would get cold at work before I could drink it. Now I wait to heat it at work, so it is always hot.

The Powerline 0900 works very well with those items that do not come with a wall charger. I use it for my cell phone and GPS unit and this item is worth the money and I highly recommend it.
5 Stars Does exactly what I needed it for!
I purchased this primarily so that I could plug my 12V Bluetooth GPS receiver into a wall outlet when testing it with my various cell phones. The GPS receiver can only receive power from a cigarette lighter socket, so whenever I used to set it up with my phones, I had to do so while sitting in my SUV in the dark garage, which was both uncomfortable and inconvenient when I was also researching the phone’s or GPS receiver’s operation on my laptop. This 12V DC to AC adapter allows me to just plug it into a standard wall outlet so that I can configure the GPS receiver from the heated and lighted house in close proximity to my computer. I’ve also used it to recharge my cordless 12V air compressor for which I’ve lost the AC adapter. Works perfectly!

I purchased this adapter so that I could charge my Motorola Bluetooth speaker phone outside of my car, and also charge my GPS unit outside of my car. Since both only came with the DC plug for the cigarette lighter, this is the perfect adapter to allow you to charge these types of things in your house. I am very happy with this product.
