The battery was received but worked for less than two weeks. The batteries sold by this company do not appear to be new so don’t waste your money.

Battery arrived on time, but it was worse than the battery i was replacing. Didn’t last — I’m not amused with this service. Seller is not delivering what is advertised. The ad says “New” and this was clearly NOT new.

Battery arrived as expected but it is bad. I have to charge it every night since it won’t hold a charge and barely lasts a day.

5 Stars Does what it says
Turns my sweet headphones into a headset for my iPhone…’nuff said. Have only used it a few times but it works exactly how it’s supposed to and gives you a handy remote for your iPhone when you are listening to music (just like on the factory headset). One click pauses or plays, two clicks goes forward, three clicks goes back. Apple, why do you have to make things so fantastically simple? I love it.
2 Stars Good until it broke
I read several reviews of the products available to adapt my regular Sennheiser earbuds for use with the iPhone and eventually, despite some bad reviews (i.e. it breaks after a month or so), settled on the Griffin SmartTalk. It worked well, and the extra headphone length that the product creates was actually a good thing for using the phone at the gym or under a jacket. However, after about a month of using it, the left headphone connection became static-y and/or cut out unless the phone was just-so in my pocket. Then, about 3 weeks later, both headphones cut out completely. I assume that the connection between the wire in the nylon and the jack broke since, by twisting and pressing, I could sometimes get a very faint connection. Basically, do not waste your money on this product unless you want to have to return it after a month or two.

Works as advertised and seems like a high quality product — should last longer than the first one I had which was not made by Griffin and was of poor quality.
3 Stars Prone to failure but great when working
I’ve owned three of these in the last 12 months. Two failed and were returned to the store where purchased (a big box electronics store). When they are working, they are great, but it seems like the connection points are poorly soldered. I lost sound in one ear or the other with the previous two. The current one has worked well and consistently for about 7 months. I can recommend these with the warning that they seem prone to failure. However, when it is working, it is a very good voice mic and there is zero loss the quality of music on pass through.
3 Stars Does the job, but some issues….
Ok, this thing does the job of adding a microphone to expensive headphones/earphones… however, it makes my cord REALLY long with the extra extension so that I have wires running all over my chest in order to keep the microphone up. Also, there is the occasional glitch where the iPhone tells me that the extension cord was not compatible and I get audio issues when listening to music or podcasts. If I didn’t have this extension I could still talk with earphones in by holding the phone closer or just putting on the speaker-phone option. So…weigh those options before you decide to buy this.
